Hey everyone,
Up until recently everything on my computer
had been running like a charm. Up until a few days ago,
I was copying a file from one drive across to another,
The next thing i know i hear the disconnected windows sound
and all my downloads are screwed.
I look at the my computer menu, C Drive, D Drive and F Drive, but no E Drive.
I called my friend and we tried to nut it out, reconnected it and it booted,
it recognized E drive but said it was in RAW format. We ran Chkdsk, Tesdisk,
Acronis, Zero Assumption. Even tried fixing it through linux and what have you.
No response.
I'm hoping that all my data isn't just suddenly lost.
Many thousands of songs and 6 years worth of photos.
Foolish of me not too backup regularly. But at this present moment
i'm holding on to the slight hope that there may be a fix.
If anyone has had this or a similar problem and fixed it
please let me know ASAP.
Thanks for your time,
Ben
