My Intel fan wiggles is that a big deal?

I just checked with another computer guy and he said that my PC might be short circuiting due to my intel fan not being connected right. See it works fine in its horizontal position, but it powers off after a minute in its vertical position, My intel fan wiggles a little but doesn't fall off anyone else using an intel fan wiggle a little too?

The fan itself or it sounds like you're talking about the whole Heatsink fan assembly? NO, it should not wiggle, it should be tight and secure otherwise it will not be able to properly dissappate the heat from your cpu.

Tighten the cooler more or get a new one if something is broken or bent. I would suggest you not use your computer until you fix the problem. Overheating could occur and lead to an blown cpu.
