My Internet doesn't work!

Hey everyone I have a huge problem.... I recently lost my connectivity I have internet and my driver is working but when I connect I have no internet . When I look at my settings it says ipv4 and ipv6 has no connection... please help

Power cycle your router/modem and restart your computer. If that fails call your ISP.
