my internet ip changes every time i log in

can some one tell me how the site that i login knows if i am the same user?
if my ip changes ( my internet is with bell this is the norma for them):eek:
 
Are you talking about a site that you've saved user credentials for (for auto login or to keep you logged in) If so, there is a cookie stored on your computer that keeps you logged into that site. When you visit the site, the web server looks for said cookie to see if you are already granted access. If you were to delete your cookies you would have to login again. It's pretty much independent of your IP address. Does that help at all?
