My laptop performance is slow

Hello!
I have problem, i have my laptop named ASUS for 1 year.
And my computer performance is slow, when i have opened more programs like games, it starts lagging. Also when i play CS GO is little bit laggy.

What i need to change, that my computer will be working faster.

Some specs:
System: Intel Core i5- 3210M CPU 2,5GHz
Ram: 8GB
Graphic: Intel HD Graphics 4000
 
I'd start by removing the vent over the CPU and blow everything out with a can of compressed air. A lot of times, fuzz and dust can clog the fins, preventing proper cooling, thus preventing the CPU from running as efficient as it could be.

What is your total RAM usage when the programs are open? How much space is left on the Hard Drive and when was the last time it was defragmented?
