My lenovo takes waaay to long to connect to WIFI

Hi, I have a Lenovo E320 laptop. And the problem is when I put it in to powersavingmode and start it again it takes 2 minutes to connect to any WIFI!
My friend also have a E320 and hes connects directly. I have searched online without finding anything, and in devicemanager everything works correctly.

Please help me!

The only thing you can do is update your WiFi driver.
