Download the Hoster.
http://www.funkytoad.com/download/hoster.zip
Unzip it and run it. Make sure the writing in the top right is green, and hit "Restore original hosts".
Go to add\remove programs and remove QQ2005, if it's there.
Boot into safemode and delete this folder.
C:\Program Files\Daily Weather Forecast
And this one if it wasn't in add\remove.
C:\Program Files\QQ2005
Then boot back to normal mode and post a new log, we'll get what's left then.
