If you mean a yellow tint to everything, your blue has a problem... Try moving your cable around some to be sure it's not a short or loose connection. If you have an LCD, it's probably just the cable. However, if you have a CRT, I have seen some where they loose the ability to show certain colors...
 
Yup, if its a CRT then the color guns are dying. You can open the back case and asjust the guns, but its extremely dangerous (ive tried it alot of times but i dont recommend it)
