and I can't find it. 
Under device manager there is a big yellow question mark beside multimedia audio controller. When I click on it a box comes up and says "Device status" This device is not configured correctly (code 1). To reinstall the drivers for this device click reinstall driver. Then it says if your hardware came with an installation CD insert now.
Which installation CD would I use? I tried the Sound Blaster CD that the PC came with but I got the message "the hardware was not installed because the wizard cannot find the necessary software."
PC is Dell Dimension 8300 with SoundBlaster Audigy 2 soundcard that came on the PC.
