My new H50 cooler and Q9650 (need help with voltage)

I'm 31-37c idle with H50 liquid cooler. And my goal is 4.50 Ghz.. Any idea what voltage i might need? I know this varies form pc to pc.. Anything is appreciated:)

I'm currently on 4.22 ghz as you can see..
 
a little off topic but i might aswell ask

prime95 that cpu for 30mins and take a screen shot of the temps m8 under the h50 please, ive always been interested in the cooler!

however its full load that makes a cooler a good cooler ;)

no idea on the voltages though, good luck with that

i'll use heavyload instead and stress it 100% and i'll post afterwards :P
 
I found a nice and stable clock at 4.320 Ghz and 1.45 vcore. Cpu goes up to 62-63 after 30 mins of 100% heavy stress test.
 
Nice...According to Cpuz my Q6600 at 3.5 requires around 1.416v...although the voltage is set to AUTO in Bios...so it might not need that voltage?

I decreased my cpu voltage to 1.4v now and by increasing the GTL Vref's to +65mV i got 100% stable even when i went down form 1.45v to 1.4v. I had no idea that GTL had such huge impact on stability. Also, my temps decreased by 3-4c because i reduced the voltage..

So, i reduced the voltage and increased the GLT and got more stable. I'm on 4.32 now. 58-60c under max load for 3 hours. I used to reach 75c with my old zalman cooler on 4.2 ghz and the same vcore, but less GLT (was on auto, did +25mV at max) than i have now. So, i'm very pleased.. I think everything beneath 75c after 3 hour stress test is good, so 58-60c is awesome :D

Edit: Try to increase the GTL vref's like i did.. And check it out! Also, increase FSB voltage, sb and nb voltages too.. google it up if you're unsure on how much you need., :)
