My new rig hickups?

Well I just built my new rig, consisting of a EVGA P55 FTW motherboard, i7 860 core CPU, EVGA GTX 260 video card, opwersupply and case, all that good stuff.

Well I started the computer up and it started, then turned off, after three seconds it started up again and stayed on.

Worked great then tells me to "Reboot and select proper boot device" something like that, I threw the Vista 64 bit in there and it downloaded. I got into my display settings and see what it was running, it said some "Generic PvP Monitor", something along those lines.

Why isn't it recognizing my video card?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I also noticed it beeps three times, it's either the video card or motherboard beeping, I have no idea what it means though.

I check the EVGA forums it seems the hickup the is normal because the restarting is the clockgen switching modes. The beeping is USB device detection (not sure why it does the beeping, exactly).

Yeah I figured installing the new drivers would have helped lol, I'll get on that.
