Dynamite, and a good imagination?

but seriously, stick it in your bedroom (unless that where your new one is) and use it as a media centre sort of thing.

Or if you game you could set up a lan between it and your new comp, invite a friend round and play cod 4 to your hearts content or any other game you can think of.

You could use it as a download pc too i geuss, you need something downloading, do that on your older comp then tranfer over when done, means your new one isnt running DL's

Thats what id do with it.

You could use it as a home server. Stock up on the hard drive space and RAM. Then you can save all your stuff you don't use as often there, or use it to stream video to game systems, receivers, etc. If you are into any online games, you could host an online server for like minecraft or counter strike.

parents or relatives don't want it, same as bonehead, i'll take it man, i'll pay for the shipping for it, but otherwise there's ebay, people pay rediculous amounts if you put in the label "gaming" even if it's a 5 year old one with an athlon 64 and a 9800gt, i;ve seen those going pretty dang high.

You probably can get more for it by selling it piecemeal on Ebay or Craislist than if you sell it as a whole unit.

To be honest for what you would sell it for im sure you could get more use out of it, even if it is something as using it for lan games, or a server etc.

Its gotta be better than being out of all that money for buying it in the first place.
