my os cannot boot up properly..

hai any1 help me i have problem.. my window cannot boot up properly.. window that i want boot up is window xp sp 3.. i have try to change with another cd but the same problem is happen.. when i boot up my cd window xp sp 3 it will stuck at the point installing window , he said like this " setup will complete in approximately: 32 minutes" ... i have waiting for 3 hours to complete the setup but still stuck at the point.. before this the problem like this not happen.. what should i do?? please reply my thread earlier...

i realy need a help from yours..
 
If you have any overclocks on, put everything back to stock, then try again.

If not, or if you have no luck, what hard drive are you trying to install it on (manufacturer/model)?
 
The 32 minute mark is when its installing the network. You may have a bad network card and would need to remove it or try disabling it if its onboard in the bios.
