I'd suggest till you get the case, Run it out of a case, make sure it all works before you shove it all in there.

Nah, I think you could run that on a 700 - 800 watt PSU.

I'll receive mine this Friday. I plan to start at 4 GHz and work my way down. I'm thinking between 3.6 - 3.8. It's up to you.

I might take it to 3.4, cause I want this processor for a while. Hopefully to oc it that much wont take away the life on it.
