My pc stays on boot screen for a long time :(

i had this prob b4 and i think i solve it by formatting
my pc stays in the screen where it says "Windows Is Starting up" it stays there for more that a minute .. then is starts normaly ... i only have 1 startup programme and i use to had that one for a long time (and it was ok )
what could it be ?

at that point windows isnt starting the programs that are in start up, it is initiallizing the OS. i dont know what you could do to make it boot at that point faster but it wouldnt be the programs in your start up.

in bios most computers have a option called fast boot, see if that is on... it will forgo itis usual checks to boot your computer faster

check your hijack this log, its normally used for malware but it also shows you most of the services you have running at boot up, along with all you registry run items. There may be more booting than you think
