My PC

Hi everyone. First off, i have very little understanding about computers. All i want right now is a gaming pc to run all the latest games on best quality possible with at least 30 fps.
So pc i have choosen from my local internet shop is:
Aerocool Cyclops Advance, USB3.0, RedChieftec 700W, Smart Series, 12cm fan, 80+Asrock Z170 Pro4SIntel Core i7-6700 (3.4GHz, 8MB Cache, LGA1151)Cooler Master HYPER T4, CPU CoolerCrucial 16GB, DDR4, 2133MHz, CL15, Kit of 2MSI GeForce GTX 970, 4GB, GDDR5, Tiger EditionKingston SSDNow V300, 240GB, 7mmSeagate 2TB, 7200rpm, 64MB, Sata III, Barracuda
.
But i also have an option of I7-6700K for processor. The question is, what difference would it make? And is 50eur price difference worth it? Also this setup price is 1400 eur, is this adequate?

The K version of the processor will just allow you to overclock it. It you won't be overclocking there is no need. Look at Samsung 850 EVO SSD drives as they are pretty fast. I'm trying to find info on that power supply to make sure its a good unit but can't find anything on it.

Could it possivbly be unsafe? Any other options? Also, what about the price for the whole system?

Without a model number to research I would shy away from that power supply. Look at like a 600 watt corsair or antec. The 970 only needs a 500 watt power supply. Is there an online store to where we can verify prices?

Online store - http://datori.dateks.lv/gaming-series/core-i7-gaming-skylake?gclid=CN62ivamoskCFSSzcgodiY0Mmw
~1400 ir price including OS.
Also, i'm taking into account your suggestions for psu and will choose 600W Corsair psu. However, there are several versions of them - VS650, CX V2 series, CX600M, CS650M, RM650x, RM650, RM650i with prices ranging from ~70 to 150 eur. Does it matter which one i choose or i can just pick up the cheapest?

OK, found specs for the chieftec power supply. Seems like it would be ok. As far as the corsair goes, you would want either the cx600 or cx600m. The 600m is a modular unit which means you would only use the power cables that you would actually use.

I noticed it said kit of 2 for the 970, if you're looking to sli it might be a good/better idea to get one single more powerful card like a 980Ti (and sli down the road if you want), but also a more beefy power supply to facilitate multiple gpus.

Beers, kit of 2 for ram as 2x8gb. Only one gpu. Commas ar weird because i copy&pasted specs from store.
DanielSan, i want to run my games on 1080p only.

What would be an average performance difference in games if i would pick i5-6500 instead of i7-6700, and 8gb of ram instead of 16gb? Could i still run modern games at ultra on 1080p?
Another question, how does RAM affect game performance? If it's neccesary for the game to have, let's say, 6gb of RAM, would i gain something performance wise if i had 16gb? Or the excess ram would not matter at all?

Average difference on modern games will be minimal between i5 and i7.

Some open world games can utilize all ram you have available. For most games 8GB is more than enough.
