my printer dont printing

hello

i have a problem with my printer.

if i turn on the printer: printer is warming up but the printer software still saying: USB-printer status not available (normally i see this prompt when the printer is turned off)

whats wrong with that printer

its a Samsung color laser CLX-3175FN
