My Question About My Computer and Overheating

I Have An AMD Athlon 3000, 512 mb ram and a 120 Gig HD, my normal temp that i am running at is 69C.... and i have my warning temp at 70, so it's always beeping at me, and i hate it and it really annoys me, i really don't know what the normal temp should be on this computer and i would really like to fix this beeping it's annoying the hell out of me, i dont want to just switch the warning and almost risk the fact i might fry something so if anyone could possibly help me that would be great

what kind of cooler do you have, an aftermarket or the stock one? it should be possible to get your load temp maxing at 65 or even lower with a decent hsf

I Took my cover off and replaced it which a huge fan.. cause i have nothing else to really use.... cause with the case on it was going up to at least 80-90C .. but i have 3 fans 1 out 2 in

I wouldnt reccomend OCing until you get the heat issue under control
