What's wrong with newegg's Q6600. I doubt they're B3. You're going to get screwed on shipping from the other site. The Price won't be worth it.
 
I think that you should have taken the advice from a guy who's using a RaptorX (in this machine no less) and swapped it out for something else.

I also think you should have dumped the Rosewill and the Antec Nine Hundred. I also think that Sony DVD/RWs are mostly junk and it will give you very unsatisfactory service. I think you should swap it out for a Pioneer, LG or Plextor, which have really dropped in price.

Other than that, yeah, looks good :)
 
Sony is fine, and every item has their own warranty... Their the same...

Antec 900 was a fine choice...

If you're so sure, why doesn't the site say G0? I've only seen one thread where they've scored a SLACR/G0 Q6600 from Newegg.... (BTW the shipping, if you TRIED to look it up, is $3.99. Screwed up price to you?)
 
I've been through a lot of Sonys.. Not a very reliable unit at all. I'm very unsatisfied with them. Interestingly enough, I have a Sony Vaio machine sitting here beside me, one of their top end models actually.. and guess what? It has a Pioneer DVD/RW in it (that's the unit Sony provides). I guess they don't even believe in their own drives.

Antec 900.. It's very poorly designed inside. Once it's together it does a good job of cooling, but if you're a tinkerer like I am, that case is most definitely a very bad choice. The Thermaltake or even one of the other Antec models would be a better choice.
 
You should try ordering the majority of your parts of newegg, besides the CPU I guess, but Newegg is mostly selling G0's anyways, I got one. Clubit kinda sucks for shipping, it took them a good 4 days just to ship my stuff out.

i ordered everything last night and and hope to up and running my new machine by next weekend. Once its up ill be posting pictures of it ... thanks guys
 
Just pray that nothing comes in DOA... one little thing could stop your build... for quite a while... *points to sig*... And I have to order the RAM today... (So I basically got it 6 days before that send back date).
 
i know the waiting is hell isnt it.....ive been waiting on some memory for two days and about ready to go nuts! when i was waiting on my build parts even worse..have fun building its the best part!
