My router keeps diconnecting when try to connect to multiplayer games

need help.
i got a new router and it keeps disconnecting when i connect to ubi.com
i thought it might be router settings and the firewall, but i cant even access my router it says password incorect, but the password is right!!!!

have you tried resetting the router? then you definately know what the password is as it will be the factory default password.
