My RPM of the CPU fan is low .

anyway , i bought a new fan for my cpu...
now , i have noticed that my RPM is only 2220. in my second computer it's 4200 .

this low RPM causing high temprature.... How can i get this RPM Higher ?!

its probably not getting enough power. try connecting it straight to the motherboard. if its still low then your PSU might be maxed out and you need to get a bigger one or unplug some non essential parts. then again it could be your motherboard....couldn't tell you online.
