My screen is trembling ?

So my screen seems to be kind of "trembling" and I have no idead what might be causing this problem, I know its not my monitor I am 100% sure. This problem started today after I installe my new power supply, actually a friend installed it for me since I understand almost nothing about hardware.

Do you have any idead what might be causing this problem ? It looks like its trembling kind of like its refreshing like with a wave of white you can't see it in bright colours like in this forum page but on dark colours like in games like Diablo 3 you notice it alot and it's really annoying.

The new power supply is conected to my Nvidia GTX 760 if anyone is wondering, I checked all the connections and they seem fine.

If you could perhaps tell me what you think might be the problem i could tell my friend and maybe he could help me solve it.
 
What is the make and model of power supply that was put in? I would suspect that its a crap power supply.
 
it says on the box it's a uranox tx 850w but i don't think the problem resides in it since the one of my friends also got one and his is working fine.
 
Does it happen before you even get into windows? Doesn't mean yours is working fine. All power supplies will go out at some point in time. Some will go out quicker then others. You said it happened right after installing the new supply, so thats my guess. Put in a different one and see if it changes.
 
Then it has to be the new power supply. Or its possible that something was loosened when it was put in. Check cable connections and video card. But I'm still assuming it's a bad power supply.
