My stupid POS computer

Ok, RMA return came today. Hooked everything up, booted up, installed Windows. I restart my PC a few minutes after. I put in my Wireless PCI card, and boot my PC, no signal to the monitor. I clear my CMOS, no signal. Take out the wireless card, no signal. I reseat the memory, no signal. What the hell is wrong? Anyone have any ideas?

EDIT: I have also reseated the graphics board 2-3 times.

RMA your PSU and mobo, preferably get a better PSU

I've already RMA'ed the motherboard twice! It was working just fine, and after I put the wireless card in, it messed up.

maybe it was because your wireless card that the other two got messed up?

id say RMA your wireless card, your PSU, upgrade your PSU and clean the contacts on your wireless card and maybe even try it in another computer?
