My USB 3.0 memory stick not working usb 2.0 port

My USB 3.0 memory stick not working usb 2.0 port.( win7)
i can`t see it My Computer view.

In device manager it shows under Disk Drives.

Also it can see in disk management I: ... no media ???

In USB 3.0 port it works fine and show in My computer

i tryed to update USB "thing" drivers but but Windows say latest is installed allready.

i tryed it in my frend pc (win10) and it working USB 2.0 port.

what can i do??
 
Download and run ccleaner and then try again. I've seen this happen on machines I've worked on and it seems to work afterwards. Also, you have some malware on your system, would suggest running malwarebytes to scan your system.
