MySQL Workbench 6.2 CE - Model/Diagram question

Hey guys!

I have a question regarding Workbench modeling. I would very much love to arrange my models like the picture below, but I have no idea how to make the separate "boxes". I assume the boxes are different diagrams, so it is slightly confusing.

If any of you have any experience with this, I'd appreciate some insight! It's not a crucial thing, but it would make my (and a lot of other peoples) life so much easier

You have to flip the image.

I use Mysql, but I'm not sure about workbench stuff.

Anyway, to add the boxes, it is the layer tool (4th down from the top) in the EER Toolbox.
