Hey, hows it going.. I'm pretty sure its my CPU but however here is my specs.
(I know its not my hard drives)

Athlon 64x2 4600
8600gt x2(sli)
4gigs pc800 DDR2 g.skill.
ga-m57sli-sa gigabyte mobo
600 watt psu.

The thing is when I played cyrsis on medium before my upgrade to the above specs I had amd athlon 64 3700 san deigo, 7800gt and a dfi ultra d mobo and it acted about the same as the new specs but, a little more spots where it slugs down.

So with the new specs it slightly runs better on medium and also with WOW frames didn't raise at all. Hince, I may think its either not enough power or not a good enough CPU.

Well the 4600+ is a dual-core, which Crysis utilizes so it shouldn't be the processor. The 6800GT is extremely outdated, I'm not sure why you went from a 7800GT to 2x 6800GT's though...

You have enough power, so I would say it's probably the CPU. Should've purchased an 8800 GT as opposed to two 8600s. :)

I paid 189$ for both 8600gt's 8800gt is crazy expensive still my main quest is why is WOW get such low fps.. In a few areas I hit around 20 fps or lower.

That's odd. Upgrading from a 6800 to two 8600's should give you a significant performance increase. Do you have the 256MB or 512MB model?

I originally bought the 512mb model its the same price for both on newegg and they sent me the 256 once instead and i didnt feel like going through the hastle of getting them shipped out and then getting them exchanged

Like in wow my sli meter barely shows any load on my cards at all but, my frames stay low though.

Erm...that's right.

There's a big difference between the two. Can you still return the cards?

^ yeah, I'd say the HD3850 is better than 2 x 8600GT's for around the same price.

Also, the 7800GT is better than the 8600GT so goign SLi with 8600GT's weren't really a worthy upgrade IMO.

So yeah, I would return and buy either the HD3850 or if you save, the HD3870/8800GT
