nan number

Hi can anyone tell me what a nan number is?Where do i find it? I cannot get a conection to the internet unless i have the nan number but i dont no where to find it.

Your computer? What program? Describe it if you dont know.

Is this a Neighborhood Area Network?? Do you share your internet connection with many people who live around you?

right my sons laptop was wokin fine till tuesday now it just stopped connecting to internet anyway he uninstalled bt broadband and tried installing the disc again now it gets to 8% of the disc and asks for a nan number hope this helps

I dont know what it is it may be asking for. look on the packaging for the cd it came with. If you dont find any numbers, call your Internet provider and ask them.
