Narrowed down to two cards, which one should I choose?

Sapphire....XFX's support has been going down the toilet pretty consecutively for the past year or so. Not to mention XFX has also been putting out cards that are non reference designs with cheaper components...Not to mention the Vapor-X cards have a really good cooling system anyhow.

Although, you can get this card for a little less, only notable difference is its not factory overclocked:
