Nasty Spyware Help Please!

Okay people I hope someone can help me here after all my precautions I still got spyware! I have ad-aware, spywareblaster, and xoftspy and I ran a scan and spybot detected (back weblite) I tryed to fix it with spybot and this came up (this application failed to start because clntutil.dll was not found re-installing the application may fix this problem) This is what I have tried so far, I did a system restor to the point where I know this was not on my pc and got same error! I disabled system restor and booted in safe mode and rand spybot and got same thing! I tried to download clntutil.dll but could only find it on one site and could not download missing file that spybot says it needs! And this is my hijack this log what can I do to get rid of this?

Okay here is what I got sofar I found out that kodak software has backweblite so I deleted the software and now when I reboot I have a runner error it is RUNNER FILE NAME (COMPAQ CONNECTIONS.EXE) LACKS a'-' (THE APPID SEPARATOR) what is this now and does anyone know how to fix it? Any and all help would be great!

Your log actually looks pretty clean except for a proxy override which would make it so you probably couldn't get anywhere on the Internet. Is your infected computer able to access the Internet? If not have HJT fix this:

if your are able, then leave it alone. As for your Compaq error... click Start/Run/msconfig and uncheck Compaq Connections, then reboot.

Yes I got rid of the spyware and the error was because of compaq connections so I just uninstalled the whole program and my error is gone thanks for the help!
