I'm absolute rubbish with computers, so I'm not even sure if this is possible. I'm from the UK, and I've come to the US for school. There are lots of sites I used to use (e.g., BBC iPlayer) that don't work in the States. Is there anyway I can make my computer think I'm in the UK still?
 
i think this is what you mean. so your having a problem going to Uk sites and your in the U.S? then on the url try putting instead of (.com) Put (.co.uk)
so the BBS I Player link would be
www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/
