NB Fan Speed

I got me another Motherboard the same type. MSI K8N Neo4-F. I sent my video card back to newegg for a replacement. I am using an ATI PCI video card right know. I have a question. The NB fan is showing slow but it is running just fine. I am using a 350W Antec Power supply. if that makes a difference. Also When I start the computetr and COre Cell Comes up it show the speed at 1935 RPM then it say slow. Please help me out I don't what this one to go down like my other board.

CPU Fan Speed---2721 RPM
Northbride Fan Speed---7941 RPM

what do you mean by show slow? Do you mean that a "SLOW" flashes on the screen? And you can always double check using programs like everest, speed fan, pc wizard etc.
