NEC 3540 due date?

When is NEC 3540 due in market to buy? is there any significant differences at all compare to 3520A or so? and most of all is it gonna be based on same chipset as 3520A or different chipset?

As to the the 3540...I realised that both you and me have the 3520 which is not going to need any upgrading for some time. It's an awsome burner. I bet the 3540 will be nice as well...
