Weird that coolermaster.com doesn't have any. Try emailing them and see what they say. What is wrong with the fan?
I think there is something wrong with the connector on the fan end, it sometimes don't kick on but if i tap on the fan it starts

All i can think of is to get this and then just unscrew it from the cooler, then screw it onto your computer, hard to get fans as big as this!

If your talking about the molex connector. Sometimes the wire connector gets pushed back into the plastic housing. Unplug it and try pushing the wires back into it. Watch it when you plugging it back together to make sure it doesnt push it back out again.
