need a free dvd decoder

just bought an optiarc dvd player for my computer but it doesnt have a decoder. so i want one free lol. any good places where there are no viruses or anything?

Most drives come with a version of Nero or something similar that will decode dvd's for playing. There are free versions of Power DVD out there that will allow the drive to play dvd's
