Need a free .rar utility

In order to use these files the entire archive must be decompressed using a .rar utility such as WinRar. Then the individual files inside the archive must be unzipped with a zip utility.

I need to do this, is there a free dl for a .rar utility?

just go to download.com and get it

it says Trial but its really free, it just asks you to register sometimes, its never bothered me
