need a good AGP for under $190. Dont know what to choose.

OK people, here's the deal, I have money to buy a nice AGP GPU for under $190. Why AGP and not just upgrade everything so I can have PCI-E? Because I am happy with everything else I got. I went on newegg and selected by rating, but I see even the low end cards I had once before in my life that I hated has 5 out of 5! I don't know what to get, help please! Don't just go look for one that are at the top of my budget, help me find one that can be good and ave me money, weather its just a really nice budget card or a rebate. I know people hate it when someone asks for help like this but I really need an upgrade from my GeForce 6200 256MB 400MHz card.:( I really want to play F.E.A.R. on max graphics with at least 25 FPS minimum (notice minimum, not average).

HELP!
 
OK. why is that one better? I'm just curious. say, but the other one has 16 pipe line per pixel, isn't that better than the original ATI's 12 pipe lines per pixel through?
 
The second one. It has more pixel pipelines and the cooling is better.

Second thoughts, go with the first one.....its in stock
 
Stock in or out doesn't matter right now. I don't have the money at the moment. hmm......maybe for Christmas..........
 
Oh sorry I didn't know that their were an agp version of x1950pro, I thought that 7800GS was the best agp
 
out of my budget. like I said, try not to go for the ones that are at the top of my budget. I like to refure to that as a "last resort". on a scale of 1-10 (1 being my current GeForce 6200) Where would the second one that I picked be? I really am into that one for some reason.......Although the $200 + ones are nice, but I cant afford that right now. And no, I will not save up for that much money because I can't so please that is not a option. Sorry.
 
PLeese help!!!! The GPU I want is not on newegg any more!!! WHY IS THIS???? I cant find it anywhere else on the WWW for the price and if It does not come back I need to find a GPU just like it for the price!!! Will it come back and if so when????

Thats pci-express he only has agp and there is no x1950pro in agp the card I would reccommed though by the way is x850pro with some overclocking and a better cooling on it I was able to play F.E.A.R. near maxed out and for the price at newegg you can't beat it, but thats just my say so

ATI did make an AGP based x1950PRO, but I dont know if its out yet.

I have the x850XT PE, and its one of the best AGP cards that you can get for around $150.
