Need a high bandwidth, non-line-of-sight wireless Ethernet system

We want to connect two computer with non line of sight over a 2km radius with more than 10mbps of transfer rate.

It would be best if it could be power-over-Ethernet and multi-band.
 
Power over ethernet on... wireless? What u would need is two directional antennas plus a high powered router/access point.
 
Right, I am looking for a Ethernet system that that simply connect two computers wirelessly within 2km. Ethernet connection just makes it easier to set up.
I have been researching for quite a bit, but still couldn't find anything that can have a transfer rate of 10mbps, and non-line of sight connection. Those two are teh most important criteria. So far, the Motorola Canopy has met my need..but it costs nearly $4000 to $10000. I am looking for some thing that's about $800 to $1500...or $2000 at most.
Do you know if there exists such system??

We are looking for point-to-point. We need is to transfer camera images from a remote mobile computer to another computer and to control the other computer within 2km.
Since we need minimum 640 x 800 video images, it takes at 10mb to transfer the images with the IP camera that I can find. It would be great if someone could suggest am IP camera that can compress the video to less than 10mb too.
