need a little advice

It all depends on the motherboard actually, some are very picky with the memory. What motherboard do you have?
 
most likely it will. it wont run in 1600mhz. i have an ASUS P6T Deluxe that only officially supports up to 1066mHz and i popped in some 1600mHz corsair dominators and it works with no overclock whatsoever. although the performance was horrible (like 593mHz before i overclocked to get a full 1523mHz) it will work nonetheless.
