Okay now this may sound stupid but honestly I dont see very much of that build that is better than what I have. The processor is just a simple OC, a .2ghz difference, which I dont want to spend that much to do. The older 790 board runs crossfire at 16x/16x, and runs 1600mhz memory which is fine. The case okay maybe it might be a little bit better but good god it looks like Rosie McDonald.

I hear ya.

Let me see what I can come up with.

The Antec you chose has basically no features for the hardware. Just about 0 for cable management. The EVO has way better features and i believe even costs less so, nice suggestion. If you don't like the looks of it, try to pick one with better features.

The PS was suggested for a reason. It's very high quality and you can trust your components with it. CM has about 2 ps lines that are worthy, and GX ain't one of 'em.

Your 945 isn't black. So it doesn't have an unlocked multiplier. The usual price point is about $10 per .1ghz, so $15 for .2 is under that. But the real deal is the 955's unlocked multiplier for your oc'ing. Th 955 is better than the $15 more.

The Extreem 4 and the Asus 89GTD both have more features and, again like said, newer chipsets. I'd take one of those instead, any day. Oh wait, I already did!

The WDB is one of the top hdd's. 5 yr warranty and 32 mb cashe.
The F3 is one of the fastest if not the fastest.
The 7200.12 is a solid performer as well.
^ All three much better for system partition than the Blue. I'd only consider the Blue for storage.

that gigabyte motherboard will not support cross fire (only 1 graphics port), so you would be limited to 1 4870.

well its a 2 in 1 graphics card do I still need to get a crossfire board?
I am not familiar with that descriptor (2 in 1 graphics card). If you have it (stated above) look at it. Is it 2 cards with the CF bridge, or 1 card? If it is 1 card, then no, you don't need a CF board. If it is 2 cards, then you will need a CF board.

Yeah its only one card i just checked, i know that was quite confusing its like the 7950gx2 if your familiar with that.

Btw 2048, definitely a good idea, Is the motherboard fine or should I make a different selection?
