Need a new GPU for less than £150, specs below

Hi,

My PC is starting to struggle to run some games, and for some reason some older games. I can run ESO on high graphics but then if i try and play RIFT on medium it struggles with FPS. I know my GPU is outdated, but willing to spend £150ish (or less if possible) to speed this rig up, specs below:

Motherboard - GA-78LMT-USB3
Processor - AMD FX6300 six core BULLDOZER overclocked to 3.7GHz.
memory - 8GB RAM
GPU - AMD Radeon HD 6670 runs DX11 and supposedly available memory is 4GB.

OS is windows 7 home premium.

Any suggestions?

Graphics card needs updated. That CPU should still keep up with most games pretty easily. What power supply do you have?
 
This case is a nightmare to take apart! Next payday i think ill opt for that. Sorry for being so naive, i know nothing about computers. Is it a case of removing the old GPU and slotting that one in?
