Need a New Laptop

I'm in the market for a new laptop for law school this fall. I am debating whether or not to get the new Macbook pro, or staying on the pc side of things. I want a 13" screen and good battery life, but those are my only two criteria. Wanted to get advice about the mac vs. pc question and any computer recommendations on either side of the argument.
 
It depends if you got the money. Since you are in law school, I would just assume you don't need to run any special programme. It just down to how much you'd want to spend and if you really like the look of Macbook...

As far as screen size concern, I suggest you have a look at 14"/ 14.1" as well. They usually cheaper with same spec than the smaller 13"
