Need a New LCD Monitor, Suggestions?

Hey guys, I’m in the market for a new LCD monitor, and I need some suggestions on a good one for about 300-400 dollars. Here is what I’m looking for in the order of importance:

20-22 inch
It has to have height adjustability
Response time: 2-5 ms
webcam

I know those are a lot of ask for in a monitor, but if you can tell me a brand that has all of those, I would really appreciate it. Btw, it could be a widescreen or not, doesn’t matter.
 
you might want to just get a nice high-quality monitor and buy a separate webcam. There aren't a lot of monitors with webcams and the ones that come with them are not as good.

I found one ViewSonic VX2255wmb

Is there anything very similar to that? I think the only downside to that one is that the camera megapixel is 1.3
 
I have Samsung monitor and tv. They works good with me. I would say take a look at samsung tv.
 
That Asus MK221H is pretty nice too, but looks like there's no height adjustability. That's a must-have for me.

This is why the DELL SP2208WFP didn't make it either. That one was near perfect, great picture quality, great response time, good webcam, but no height.
