Need a new mobo for my system

I'm getting a new system to play games like crysis and such, and here are my specs.

CPU-Intel C2D E6750 2.66ghz
RAM-2gb G.Skill 800 mhz
PSU-OCZ GameXstream 700w
GPU-Nvidia Gefore 8800GT
HDD-Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 250gb

Right now I'm stuck deciding which motherboard to get. I don't want to break the bank, so I want it over $130, but under $180. I might upgrade to SLI and I'll overclock the CPU a bit. Any suggestions guys?

None of those boards appeal to me much. The second one's reviews scare me, and the first one doesn't support full throttle SLI. Thanks for the help though. Anyone have other suggestions?

Would the Asus p5n32-E SLI be good? I've read some good reviews about it. I can't see it in Newegg though because when you try to visit the mobo section it gives me an error. Oh and I'm using an Antec 900 case.

Uh, yeah... I don't see your point.:P

Anyway, here are the specs of the mobo I want. I'll raise my budget to $200.

-At least 2 of the PCIE slots must run at 16x AKA full SLI ability
-Doesn't need to support DDR3
-Supports Intel Quad Cores
-Overclocks well (overclocking an e6750)

The ASUS P5N32-E SLI LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 680i SLI ATX Intel Motherboard looks pretty good...
