Need a new PC- advice?

Hi there, I hope you don't mind me coming here to ask for a bit of advice.
Nobody in my family is very computer literate, but we really need to buy a new one soon, as our other one is very old.
We don't need anything too fancy for complicated games or anything, just a famliy computer for word processing, the odd spreadsheet, kid's games like the Sims, and we'd like it to go quite fast, and last us for a few years if possible.
How does this one look to you?

Is it a rip-off? or value for money?
Will it play/copy CDs as well as DVDs do you think?
Will we be able to use a memory stick?

I'd just like an informed opinion please!

It looks like a hell of deal to me. The 3200+ will do everything you need and more. It will burn DVD's but I'm not sure about CD's. I would say that it would but it doesn't specify. I say go for it. Good luck!
