Need a new video card not sure what to get.

Hey new to this forum :D.
So I need a card that can run really high graphics gaming (crysis, metro 2033)
But my problem is that i have pcie 2.0, and not 2.1
Most sites don't tell you the pcie number thing...
so i'm kinda stuck.
(current build-v)
Amd phenomii 3.2ghz 2cores.
4gigs ram total.
ati radeon hd 5570
and 2 harddrives (one 200gbs, one 500gbs)

We need to know your budget but my advice is to go for NVIDIA over AMD and maybe look at a GeForce GTX 560 if you want to play Crysis and Metro on high? But you also need to be aware that you ideally need a 600W + PSU for a high-end graphics card so make sure your PSU (power supply) has the right connectors and has enough power to power a high-end GPU. I have an EVGA GeForce GTS 450 and it's a great card but not sure it would be right for you with your high demands. Hope this helps, feel free to ask any more questions!
 
^ disregard that, amd is just as good as nvidia, he's a fanboy, also 600w is more than enough, a quality 550 will be just as good, but we do need to know your budget
