Need a program for viewing webcam at fullscreen

My dad is starting up an ammo reloading business and has setup a webcam hooked up to a cheap laptop angled down so he can view each cartridge to make sure the powder was loaded, it's a fairly big machine and he needs to make sure the powder went in before he seats the bullet into the brass. I set him up with a basic program to do this but he would like a program with a little better res and able to go full screen.

I just used the basic Logitech capturing program but it won't go full screen(at least I didn't see a way to do it) and that's the biggest thing because he sits kind of far from the laptop because of the workspace setup. Also is the res limited by the webcam, program or both?

Your resolution is going to be limited by the camera rather than the software. If you want a better looking picture (assuming you already have it maxed out), you need a better quality camera.
