Need a TV Tuner Compatible with Verizon Fois...

I'm biulding a comp right now and the only thing that i am still searching for is a TV Tuner that is compatible with Verizon Fios Cable...

i would like a tv tuner card and then i was planning on running beyond tv 4...so that i can record and all that good stuff...
