Need a value on a case & tips on a new case

I have my old Coolermaster Haf 912 case that ive had for about one year and Ive decided that it is way to small when compared to my pc goals and im selling it to my friend I was wondering if there were any price suggestions to sell it? the case is in prime condition no issues at all just a bit dusty.

And the second thing I was looking for was a case that is similar to the silverstone TJ 07 as in interior because it seems much easier to deal with. Im also planning to move from my corsair h80 to "real" watercooling so that would be good if anyone had any suggestions price range would be around 100 - 150 dollars(used dollars because its just easier to convert to pounds after because seems alot of people here use dollars)

I dont wanna stretch the price because im going to Uni soon so I want a strong case

Convert to £, so you are in UK?

They go for ~£50, so mark down, sell it for ~£40 if you get it cleaned up.

Would be your best bets. I personally would take the Anidees case. I have actually just purchased one for a system I am building for someone in the next few weeks, they are packed with features and really great quality.
