Need advice booting up.

I get this message when I boot:

"Warning: System boot fail. Your system last boot or POST interrupted. Please enter setup to load default and reboot again."

Im in training and not sure where to go after the loading default settings in BIOS. Would appreciate some direction. Thanx.
 
You will first need to provide a little more information like what type and how many hard drives, the operating system you are running, and when you first starting seeing the boot failure message? The user manual that comes with the board will outline the various settings in the bios setup.
