Need advice for a good start

Hi guys.
New in here and wanna know the what is the best configuration for a PC..as i just needed this for a simple home sitting job.. and a little bit of internet uses.

You could always go to Dell's website and configure a basic Dell OptiPlex. You can get a good one for pretty cheap, around $500 or a little more.
